This week our Year 11 Hospitality and Catering students have been donning their whites and putting their skills to the acid test - the practical exam!
The strictly controlled assessment sees students developing two courses completely from scratch ingredients, including producing their own breads and pasta.
The standard, under strict time pressure, has been fantastic and the quality of mouth watering dishes has been hugely impressive.
Well done to all our talented chefs, and we wish them all well with their theory exams.
