On Wednesday the 3^rd of July excited students from across the City got to spend the day in their new secondary schools, and we were delighted to welcome the newest members of our school community for their first day in classrooms, spending time with their new Form Tutors and getting a fantastic taste of all that is to come in September. 

The students started their day with a welcome assembly and then got to spend time in form class getting some essential information for a smooth start in September.

Then it was break time, followed by lessons in Art, Musical Theatre, Maths, History and Computer Science, all of which helped build up an appetite for lunch!

The Dining Room proved to be a satisfactory experience, with the menu choices of hot and cold food finding favour. Lessons in the afternoon included Drama, Spanish, English, Business, Maths, Geography and Science, alongside a workshop in the Chapel finding out about St Julie and our Notre Dame Values.

We hope that all of our students have enjoyed the day as much as we did, and that they left feeling reassured and eager to learn in September!
