Liverpool's Mental Health Support Team and the Young Persons' Advisory Service are hosting a joint coffee morning to discuss Primary and Secondary Transitions.
The event is an open access drop-in taking place on Monday 17th June between 10am and 12pm at the YPAS South Hub on Lyndene Road, L25 1NG.
