The spirit of St Julie was felt in abundance as for the first time since 2019 we hosted an annual awards evening at St. Julie's!

The evening honoured the achievements, values and personal qualities of our very finest students from across the year groups, and allowed us to welcome back some familiar faces from our most recent alumni, many of whom had travelled home for the event from their university towns.

After an opening hymn followed by an address from Mrs Smith, our Chair of Governors, we were straight into the presentation of awards which was punctuated with some outstanding entertainment including two flawless performances from solo singers and a dramatic ensemble piece telling the legend of Mulan, articulated through dance and dramatic readings.

As the evening progressed we explored subject awards, named honorary awards and our prestigious Spirit of Francoise awards and Notre Dame awards. The diversity of recipients was huge, but all shared selflessness, humility and the representation of the values that our mission statement espouses.

The final flagship awards of the evening were the 'Spirit of St Julie' awards, our highest student accolade. We congratulate our very worthy recipients, Camille in Year 11 and Maya in Year 13.
